Account and purchase information

DialLearn uses your account identifier and purchase and access records to connect your course purchase to your account and check whether your access is active.

Clerk provides account signup, email verification, and sign-in. Cloudflare hosts the app and stores its purchase and access records and private course files. Stripe and Link process hosted checkout, payment, and applicable tax information. You enter card details on the hosted payment page; this app does not store card numbers.

Your study progress

Practice history and notebook responses are stored in your browser. The app does not upload those responses or use advertising or analytics. Clearing browser data can remove local study progress; it does not delete your course account or purchase record.

Feedback and questions

The course feedback form prepares a draft in your email app. You review and send the message yourself. Contact support@diallearn.com for account or privacy questions.
